Travel within Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya, Cancún and Tulum is included for bridal services. Travel and/or accommodation outside these areas is quoted separately.
Any resort, venue, external vendor, access, day-pass or parking fees required to provide services are the responsibility of the client.

How far in advance should I book?
Most brides reserve their date around 6–8 months in advance. For high-demand dates, earlier is always recommended.
Do you travel to my hotel or venue?
Yes. Bridal services are provided on location throughout Riviera Maya, Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and beyond. Travel within Riviera Maya is included; additional travel fees may apply depending on location.
Can you accommodate large bridal parties?
Absolutely. For larger parties, I work alongside a trusted team of professional hair and makeup artists. Your timeline is carefully planned around your ceremony time, number of services and getting-ready location.
Do you recommend a Bridal Preview?
Yes. A Bridal Preview gives us time to explore your inspiration, refine the details and create your look before the wedding day, so everything feels familiar and intentional when your wedding morning arrives.
How much time should I allow for bridal hair and makeup?
I recommend allowing approximately three hours for bridal hair and makeup. A little extra time may be needed when a Bridal Preview has not been scheduled.
What if I’m not sure what look I want?
That’s completely fine. I’ll guide you through the process, considering your features, personal style, dress and neckline, wedding setting, climate and how you want to feel on your wedding day.
How do I reserve my wedding date?
Your date is officially reserved once your service agreement is signed and the 40% retainer has been received.
